Strategic leadership and a sound understanding of technology come together in one role. I have led a FINMA-regulated asset manager as CEO, carried COO and board responsibility in an international family office holding, and worked across various family offices. As co-founder of an IT company, I know technology from building it, not just from overseeing it. This combination is exactly what I offer family offices, regulated financial institutions and technology-driven SMEs.
About
Led, owned, built.
I founded INITCON (Schweiz) in 2007. Across more than 25 years of operational leadership, I have carried responsibility at executive level in regulated financial institutions, international holdings and technology companies.
As CEO, I led a FINMA-regulated asset manager. In an international family office holding I held responsibility as COO and board member across five locations. As co-founder, I built an IT services company and delivered more than a hundred transformation projects in competition with global technology providers.
Today I work with boards and executive teams on digital transformation, cybersecurity, AI, governance and regulatory change. I combine strategic leadership with technical depth and the responsibility of having carried both myself.
